There are two parts to a compact room. The Private part of the room is just for you. The compact room is access controlled only for you and contains the facilities of a hotel room with an attached bathroom.
The Semi-private part of the Compact rooms is called the cluster. A cluster consists 4/5 private compact rooms and common amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, sink and a seating space only for the residents of the cluster. The access to the cluster is restricted only to the residents of the cluster.
If you prefer a larger private space or would like to share the room with your friend, then this is the room for you. It has all the amenities of a cluster and a private room along with a bit more.
