Payment Terms for Rent: The payment terms for rent is under the terms of Pay-and-Stay. Taxes and GST (if Applicable by law) to be paid at the government prescribed rate.
Usage of the property: The Tenant shall use the room solely for residential purposes only. Sub-letting shall not be permitted.
Check- in time is 1400hrs and Check- out time is 1200hrs. If you wish to avail a late check out the same can be extended subject to the availability and of additonal room charges, 50% room charges upto 1800hrs and 100% room charges beyond 1800hrs.
Visitors of Tenants are not permitted in the tenants room after 2100 hrs beyond which the tenant can entertain their visitors in any public area of the premises which is accessible.
Delivery back possession: The Tenant shall maintain the schedule property in a state of good order and shall not cause any damage to schedule property or fittings. Any damages caused by the Tenant, not arising out of normal wear and tear, earthquake, flood, inherent poor quality, act of God or irresistible forces, shall be made good by a mutually agreed equivalent amount which shall be chargeable prior to checkout.
Entry and Exit to the Room: Rooms are accessible via secure RFID Cards which shall be active based on the term of booking. Extension of booking requires the RFID card to be manually extended which shall be done on payment for the extension period and clearing any outstanding dues. In case of loss or theft of the RFID card the same must be reported to management. Replacement RFID card will be issued at a cost of Rs 500 per replacement.
During checkout, the tenant is required to ensure that they take all their belongings with them. Management shall not be responsible for any items left behind.
Management reserves the right to ask the guest to vacate the room prematurely or terminate the agreement in the event of the following:
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the building except at specifically designated areas. Fire Detection and Suppression systems are installed in all rooms and are active. Any activation of the Fire systems due to negligence of the Tenant shall result in a penalty of Rs 5,000/- for the first incident and termination of agreement for the second incident.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement and all the terms and provisions and contentions of this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable Indian Law and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore’s Courts to the exclusion of any other courts jurisdiction.
